The Law Office of Elliott B. Magnus

I don't know what some of ya'll are talking about. Magnus is an awesome, attorney. I always get some response back from him or his assistant Anthony, which is also kick ass. He's busy yes, but he's busy because he's good. You have to show you care about your case first, because if you don't care, he might not either, no ones got time for that. ha.

Beware of this attorney! He never showed a real interest in representing my loved one. Also, He never responds to emails or phone calls. His staff (Anthony) is extremely rude on the phone when I had questions to ask on behalf of my loved one. Further, we tried several times to fire this attorney, but unfortunately the judge would deny the Marsden motions to have Magnus removed from my loved one’s case each and every time. Magnus failed my loved one, and I highly recommend that you shop around for a lawyer before you consider in hiring him to represent you, or your loved ones. At first he will appear interested in his clients’ case best interests, but once he’s hired on the case you’re screwed and you will deeply regret having him as your lawyer. Let the truth be known!
