I can’t say enough about Mrs. Etchivery, Mrs. Kelly, and their entire team. I have hired Mrs. Etchivery three separate times, and I would absolutely work with her again if needed.

She handled my divorce with care and professionalism, especially during some of the most difficult moments of my life. When I needed to file multiple ex parte requests to ensure the safety of my children, she was always my first call. Mrs. Kelly, her right hand, consistently went above and beyond to make sure our paperwork was submitted as quickly as possible. Their dedication made an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable.

My case was very complex, and the difference in experience truly mattered. At one point, my ex had a less experienced attorney, and the contrast was undeniable. Mrs. Etchivery was persistent and strategic, pushing until we were granted full evidentiary hearings three separate times. That time in front of the judge made all the difference, she thoroughly presented years of evidence, established a clear history, and advocated fiercely for my children’s safety without letting anything slip through the cracks.

By the end of the case, she helped create a detailed and thoughtful parenting plan that allowed my ex-husband safe visitation while also putting strong safeguards in place to protect my children. Thanks to her, we were able to move forward and finally step out of the court system with a solution that truly prioritized their well-being.

Warning: My experience with this attorney was extremely poor. This is my third attempt to post this review after the first two were removed as “spam.” I have provided documentation confirming that I was a paying client. This review reflects my real experience.

I paid approximately $15,000 for representation in what should have been a straightforward divorce with no minor children. In return, I received very limited court appearances, poor communication, and decisions that left me financially exposed.

When opposing counsel presented information that resulted in an order against me, the matter was later reset for trial after issues came to light. However, no request for sanctions or corrective action was made on my behalf. As a result, I was forced to spend another significant amount of money retrying a case that, in my view, should not have required it. The financial impact was substantial.

Communication was one of the biggest failures. I called the office nine times, sent multiple emails, and even went in person to try to schedule a meeting. I received little to no response. Then, three days before a scheduled hearing, I received a text message demanding an additional $7,000 or she would withdraw. She ultimately withdrew the day before the hearing, leaving me without representation at a critical moment.

I filed a complaint with the State Bar. During that process, she acknowledged making a mistake. While no discipline was imposed, that does not change the financial consequences or stress I experienced.

Divorce is already one of the most difficult experiences a person can go through. In my experience, this representation added financial strain and unnecessary stress rather than protection or advocacy.

If you are considering hiring this attorney, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about billing practices, communication expectations, and withdrawal policies before signing a contract.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this attorney
