I cannot recommend Attorney Mark Galler. I retained him to represent me in my divorce, but throughout the representation I experienced poor communication, inconsistent billing, and a lack of follow-through on important issues in my case. I repeatedly raised concerns about my representation, including promises that were not carried out. For example, I was told a request for temporary spousal maintenance would be filed, but later was told it was never pursued because I supposedly did not want to spend the money—even though I never instructed him to abandon that request. I was also unexpectedly told just weeks before trial that I needed an additional $5,000 trial retainer, despite that requirement never being disclosed in my written fee agreement. I also discovered I had been billed twice for the same mediation session in two different amounts. After questioning the charges, I received a corrected invoice with no explanation as to why the duplicate charges existed or how the corrected amount was determined. Perhaps most concerning, I later learned that another individual had been present during a confidential attorney-client conference call without my knowledge or consent. I only discovered this after reviewing a recording of the call. I was never informed who this person was or why they were participating. My experience left me with serious concerns about communication, billing practices, and the handling of confidential client matters. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this attorney.

Mrs. Vanatta and her team, Marissa Sterrett, have done it again. First, my divorce granted me full custody, and now 2 years later, my relocation to another state. I had my doubts as a father, but this law office is very knowledgeable and makes sure they have all the information required to stand up in court and fight for you.
