If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired Ashley in 2023 to handle a case that should never have had to go to trial. In two years, I never received a single update, and she never once appeared in court on my behalf. Despite being paid $3,000, Ashley ignored my calls, texts, and emails. On the rare occasion she did respond, it was always with excuses like “I lost my wallet” or “I’m on vacation with family.”

She failed to provide the representation I paid for and is now ignoring my requests for a refund. This experience has been unbelievable and beyond unprofessional. Beware.

Ashley is indeed one of the BEST attorneys in the State of Georgia hands down. She handled my case like a skilled surgeon and got me the best outcome that she could and it was right on the money. Her knowledge of the law and the way she fights for you is one of the reasons why she's in the top ten best defense lawyers in the State of Georgia, I owe her my life.

I attempted to hire this firm and am thoroughly disappointed. I attempted to contact the attorney on multiple occasions, even called the office. Nicco, who answered the phones, reported that basically the attorney would not speak to me again without a significant payment. I have tried to contact them through phone calls and also messages and email. The attorney was out of the country in January, and I have not heard directly from her since December. Understanding they can be in and out of court, I wanted assurance that she was even still willing to take the case or return what funds I did pay. Even after all that, I have not received a response. As a truck driver, I feel I have been scammed with NO compassion. Seems they only want money with no reassurance that she is even back in the country or even alive.
