The Lasky Law Firm – Jacksonville Divorce

Do NOT use this firm. Unorganized , they are a green company so even if you do not have access to a printer they will not send you documents in the mail. The lawyer was nice but what she thought was best for me and what I asked for ended up being on opposite ends of the spectrum. Her staff is all about what can they bill and payments need to be now. Even if it means your credit card is max out.
I found that they just want the money and will keep billing and billing even when you think it’s all over…
When you are done if using this firm say
1. I no longer require your services
2. I would like my files
3. I would like my final bill

Otherwise the billing dept just keeps emailing and calling with expenses that you had no idea they were even working on.

You can try them but I say move on to the next firm. They did more harm to my situation that was devastating to begin with. They know nothing about people with disabilities and the costs R/T it… A recent article on the average multiple sclerosis patient says min of 8300$/ month with 1200$ insurance , expensive medications , doctors visits every week and high deductible- they got me 5000$ a month and every month I run out of cash. The cost of a “good” nursing home starts at 5800$-10,000 per month. I have tried home instead but at 37.59/hr that was to much also. So I continue to try to make my home handicap friendly which is also expensive. Uber and lyft say they can take wheelchair clients but I have now been dropped ( broken foot) by both companies. Do not use this law firm if you have any disabilities they have no idea of how costly things are and their snide comments “ you can buy the same insurance you have now married-“ no you can’t!
All this firm wants after its 75$ consultation fee is money money money. But for themselves… not the disabled person struggling.
Do not use this law firm. Horrible.
