				I had a very nice experience with The Grossman Law Firm. I was doing some research on probate for my parents since they want to create a will. They were one of the law firms that popped up in Google. I went on their website and used their chat. The person on the chat directed my call to their office. I spoke to Julie on the phone. She was very sweet and listened to what my parents' concerns were. It turns out that they need an Estate Planning Attorney for the Trust they want to create and not a Probate Attorney. Julie said their office specializes in Probate and Trust Litigation after a person passes away. They were not able to help my parents in creating a trust, but Julie was kind enough to refer me to the type of Attorney they do need. Thankfully, I may not need probate right now, but in the event that I do, I know I can contact this law firm and be treated kindness and understanding.
