Zero stars! I dont even know where, or how to begin. My Father passed away in 2011, with no will. The probate process was open for 4+ years. It was a simple probate, which Nancy, through intimidation, lies, and deceit, enabled my sister's Husband to manipulate her into lying to me, an Heir. I gave my sister the full authority to handle the probate, because I trusted her. Nancy lied to me, and allowed my brother-in-law and herself to drag the probate out for 4+ years, costing the estate thousands of dollars. Nancy blatantly lied to me every time I spoke with her. She allowed my brother-in-law, who was not an heir to actually cancel a check that was approved by the state probate court, and mailed to me. I was locked out of my Dad's estate, period. I waited eight months to be able to see anything in his house, and they had already allowed a non heir to remove my Dad's classic car from the garage, and lied to me about a trailer, and a fifth wheel flatbed Dodge deisel pick up. Two other vehicles were stolen. She allowed this to happen because my brother-in-law was in charge, not her. When I asked her about this, she defended it, and said her famous line, that she told me over and over for 41/2 years, "Dont worry, there will be a full accounting in the end, and you will see where every penny went". Never received it. When I called her, and asked for the final accounting, she said she didn't have a copy of it. At the end of each year that this probate went on, she said " Oh, well, we are waiting for the accountant to see if we will owe more taxes. This estate's value was estimated at over a million dollars, with homes, vehicles, even a vacant lot, which we almost had to give away, that I wound up paying for myself, to avoid this from happening. The way this was handled by Nancy Critelli was abominable. There are hundreds of thousands of dollars missing, which includes three homes that were owned by my Dad, and I cant get an answer as to what happenend to the proceeds from them. Thoroughout the whole process , I was lied to. I was told by Nancy to trust them, and I was outright stolen from, with total assistance by her. Her job was supposed to be to oversee the administrator, to ensure she(my sister, not her husband) handled it according to the law, and that all heirs were kept abreast of developments, and that fairness, and truth were held up to at least a standard that the heirs could agree to. I was polite, and didn't get an honest answer to any of my inquiries, and was kept totally in the dark, while Nancy, and my brother-in-law, ripped the remainder of my family to shreds. At this moment, my family is not even speaking to each other. Thank you Nancy!
