Lack of communication, barely answers the calls/emails…they take months to do something, I am planning to visit different attorneys maybe one of them can actually help me with my case without continuing loosing more time, because TWO YEARS WITH THIS FIRM and still not able to get treatment and I need to call a lot of times to be able to speak with my case representative, also she never replies back the emails.

They did an excellent job, they are very reliable, they are very hardworking, and the representative Estefany is a very nice person, always attentive and very hardworking, I recommend them.
