WARNING: includes AWFUL truths. In 2024, my AUTISTIC daughter and I were in a SERIOUS accident, where a SPEEDING driver hit a jeep that ricochet into us HEAD-ON. My 12 year old suffered LACERATIONS on her CHEST, a FRACTURED RIB and SHATTERED ANKLE; I had a BROKEN HAND, DISLOCATED SHOULDER, 4 SHATTERED MOLARS and SPINAL COMPRESSION. I was forced to RETIRE PREMATURELY from my 9k/mo. job, and my daughter has 3k A YEAR in PTSD PSYCHIATRIC THERAPY. To date, 60k in surgeries, and NO END IN SIGHT therapy for my since car-fearful, self-harming AUTISTIC teen. In 2026, after YEARS of COMPLAINING for justice, our Mr. Michael awarded us $6400 EACH, after paying Kaiser 10k and HIMSELF and pointless mediator $6550 IN FEES! Not only did the law firm and hospital receive MORE than us, but the other TWO AT-FAULT DRIVERS claimed MORE than 2x WHAT WE DID combined!! Additionally, the (former!) friend that referred him to us was paid $500... and we were just MAILED a $450 BILL for going to the SHAM SPECIALIST who assigned 30 HOURS of massage on Amazon VIBRATION CHAIRS--If only I would have known driving to Koreatown daily wouldn't help our settlement.... Besides my job, we ended up LOSING OUR HOUSE--PLEASE don't make the same MISTAKE hiring this (probably any) lawyer... would get the same judgement WITHOUT forking over 30-45% for nothing.
