Update: I was told by Kristin she would review the billing that was clearly padded. That was in January and haven't heard back yet. One star is given as I am pleased to have my affairs finally in order....but, Kirsten should've explained the different trust options rather than me trying to navigate them on my own....I was, expecting her expertise. At first she suggested a trust then when I decided to change paths she agreed, so I question
that she ever had my best interests at hand. Then, I received the billing! Upon review of the invoice I had SEVERAL questions which I'm still waiting to hear their response, and for weeks now. I had no idea that the
Estate would pay it so quickly and apparently, now there's no rush. (I'm sure that would be different if she was still unpaid) Make sure you keep track of billing hours if you do utilize her services but I wouldn't!!!
