If you are looking to delay proceedings, I would rate this attorney very highly. From my experience, communication issues were frequent. Emails were often said to be “not received,” and payment disputes were raised long after receipts had already been provided.

Because of this, I strongly recommend that anyone dealing with this firm keep detailed records, retain receipts for all payments made by their client, and use read receipts on important communications. It eventually reached a point where I felt hand-delivery might be necessary just to ensure documents were received.

The overall approach, in my opinion, was delay and deflection. I noticed similar concerns mentioned in other reviews, including disputes over legal fees and expectations that the opposing spouse would cover those costs. In my case, prolonged litigation significantly increased expenses.

I offered my ex 60% of the estate roughly a year and a half before resolution, including the house, in an attempt to settle. The case was ultimately dragged out, resulting in her receiving about 48% and substantially higher legal fees.

I encourage anyone considering this attorney to read multiple reviews and understand what approach they are getting. He appears effective at pursuing extended litigation strategies, which may be exactly what some clients want. For that reason, I’ve rated this experience 3 out of 5.

I called for a consultation regarding my grandson and his well-being. My whole family is involved in his well being. My son has joint custody, and with new experiences and concerns, we are looking for guidance on protecting him. There is a lot of history and reasons for concerns. Mr. Davi talked to my son like he was on the stand and guilty of something. It was super sad to hear. We both have anxiety, and the tone put us in a place of uncomfortableness. We continued to look for someone with empathy and who puts well-being over any other predicted assumptions and found associates that will listen and empathize as well as advocate. Such a sensitive matter, I feel, should be treated with empathy and without bias.

Very great to see my sister Lynn , thank you and I know she will return home soon so she will no longer be abused by the Illegal Illinois State Guards who kill people immediately by removing civil rights.
