As an existing client, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. Since my attorney left the firm in January, I have not been informed of who, if anyone, has taken over my case. The lack of communication has been frustrating and unacceptable. I’ve felt completely disregarded throughout this experience, and what should have been a professional and supportive relationship has left me feeling discouraged and undervalued.

The Dennis Law Firm took over my case and, from day one, made me feel heard and assured me that they would take it seriously. They inherited my case after a major misstep by my previous attorney, which put me at a considerable disadvantage with the insurance company. Despite the challenges, Attorney Andre Dennis and his team worked diligently to correct the issue, gather the necessary evidence, and ultimately get the insurance company to settle rather than go to trial.

Their level of service is truly unmatched. A special thank you to Jackie, who was always on top of things—keeping me informed, answering my questions, and making sure I never felt left in the dark. Every time I called, she was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. The entire team was communicative, thorough, and—most importantly—empathetic. My name is T. Smith. I worked with this firm for 1 year and 3 months... They agreed to represent me just 2 weeks after my injuries received through the negligence of a government entity. I submitted all medical bills, kept in contact with them. I did multiple assessments. They assured me that I would get Justice. They got all the way up to the demand stage and just decided to withdraw from my case. I had several different attorneys who were assigned to my case during that time. From Mckenzie, Natalie all the way to Ryan Banks all, of whom left the practice. Lastly my case ended up on Mr. Dennis's desk him self. I entrusted them to represent the justice they claim to help achieve . Only to have waisted my time. Wow I feel ignorant for ever believing this law practice to thoroughly execute on their promise to me. I really believed in Attorney Dennis's motto from the commercial he aired about his father. I can't believe they wasted so many of their own resources on a case they never truly planned to Pursue.... Please, I repeat. PLEASE if you have any other option go with that. Because this place appears to be Unethical.... You've been warned. You risk not having a case due to time limitations. They will hold your case just so you have very little time to file a lawsuit. Then they will WITHDRAW and leave you bewildered....
