I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rick Canina Jr. and the Canina Law Firm! Rick helped my daughter with a speeding ticket, and from our very first conversation, I knew he was different. He truly listened to our story, genuinely cared, and treated us with kindness and respect.

What impressed me most was his honesty and integrity. The case was resolved quicker than expected, and Rick voluntarily waived the remaining balance we owed. That speaks volumes about the kind of person and attorney he is.

I can't express enough how thankful I am to this law firm. What was a dark time in December 2025 I made a stupid decision. Long story short I was facing a felony and 15 years. Keep in mind I have never been arrested in my life and brevard county jail is no joke. I got out new years day and called not thinking I would get anybody. I got a answering service and richard sr called me back the same day. I met with him that following Monday along with his son. They put me very much at ease and I think they saw the case as an over reach in charging. Long story short the case was dismissed. I can never be thankful enough to have my name restored. Also you get what you pay for with results. This has been a eye opening experience from someone who was prior miltary and law enforcement. Again thank you for believing in me for a very stupid decision I made. Sometimes bad things happen to good people and I was made whole again!!

The Canina Law Firm is simply top notch! They (and especially Lauren) helped my family tremendously with a very difficult and scary situation and they were there for us every step of the way. They were super professional, explained everything in great detail to make it easy to understand, and followed through on everything they said they would do which ultimately led to a super favorable result for us. I recently had to go to court and had Alex Kontos, James Kontos son as my lawyer. He was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer! He made sure I understood everything and was with me for the whole process. He’s not just an great lawyer, he is a person that cares which is rare to find nowadays. If you need someone that practices law I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He will fight for you! And his knowledge is well beyond his years!
