Buxner Law employs a family law attorney named Nikki Klapp who is a court appointed GAL. Ms Klapp ignored many domestic violence and safety warnings resulting in two emergency room visits for my family. It took her 8 months to perform a home safety visit to check for proper gun storag, she ignores phone calls from clients and forgets their schedule. She has provided misinformation to court gathered from secretaries at least three times. She does not perform her work herself. She refuses to provide a detailed accounting of her hours. She does not follow the Missouri state standards for GAL. She also had numerous selfies and tweets on twitter publicly of her drinking habit which is not a good example for kids in her care.

Do not use Buxner Law or her services if you can possibly avoid doing so.
