If you are worried about your children and their future you need a fighter like mr boyd. My ex was being very difficult about school and visitation. They stepped in and made sure everything was handled properly in court. The process is slow but they kept me updated every week.

VETERAN SPOUSE HERE! This Attorney stood me up. Twice! Booked me for a consult on a non contested divorce for Tuesday June 9th at 9. He figured he'd get caught up in court in Blount Co. So, he had his WONDERFUL secretary notify me the day before(Monday June 8th, 2026) & reschedule me for Thursday June 11th at 9 a.m. Secretary, Jennifer(wonderful) sent me an appointment reminder the day before(Wednesday, June 10th, 2026) & asked me to confirm. So i did! She responded with, "Excellent see you then." I arrived Thursday June 11th at 8:50 a.m. & waited until 10:45 a.m. for Mr. Boyd. He never showed. He called in to the office from court & advised his secretary to reschedule me, again because he took a last minute client the night before who had court the following morning for a child custody case & he could not meet with me. He also requested I bring him $500 cash for a retainer which I took back. He also cost me $20 in parking fees that his office does not comp. I work Monday- Thursdays & he would not accommodate my schedule after rescheduling me & standing me up. I was advised that he doesn't work Friday's as the office is closed & I was clearly made to feel as if my case was not important to him at all because I didn't have children involved. I don't care if he's a Marine or not. Right is right & wrong is wrong. I 100% Do Not recommend this Attorney & I'm a 16 year USMC Spouse to a 100% disabled Veteran & we needed serious help.

I recommend Attorney David Boyd. If you are in need an aggressive trial lawyer, schedule a consultation with him and judge for yourself. I am very pleased with how things turned out with my case. He is expensive, but the best is worth it.
