Ms. Elledge and Ms. Vest were awesome in handling my case. I felt heard after getting screwed over by two previous firms. They were able to resolve both of my legal matters within months whenever previous firms couldn’t manage even one. They aren’t cheap, but they aren’t trying to pull one over on you like I’ve experienced from other attorneys thus far. My case was very convoluted and Ms. Vest waded through it with me. While this ended up being more expensive than initially anticipated, it was worth it having a firm that was able to maintain good communication and no insane billing. Definitely check them out!

There is nothing good about this firm. Between 3 attorneys with over 30 years of experience, they couldn't even fill out basic legal paperwork correctly. Deceptive use of bulk billing, erroneous and duplicative charges. They have the most junior person do the work, while charging you for the time for this person to research and learn the basics of case, at a law a firm they claim to be experts, then bill you again for the more senior attorney to redo the work. Lack of solid representation in trial, withholding all your legal options, and requiring you come up with your own defense. Total charges were 5 times more than another attorney who did the job correctly for the current matter plus additional due to the disaster SME caused! They will bill you astronomical amounts and surprise you with a due now invoice for TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars for one month of work on a basic case, with the demand of dropping your case mid-trial if you do not pay. Avoid under all circumstances.

Updated: This applies to the services as provided by Messer, Zach, and Caitlin. All of my inquires and requests for discussions on these issues were left unanswered. Certified letters were sent on multiple occassions and no reply received to alleviate concerns.
The attempt to discredit my review by saying it's fake is without any substantial evidence to support. This review is an accurate representation of my experience as an actual client with this firm, verifiable by written evidence including court documents and others as needed.
