I reached out to Beasley Firm LLC to discuss a recent hospital negligence matter. Unfortunately, the intake call was brief and felt dismissive. I was told multiple times within a minute that I should contact other firms and my case was “not catastrophic enough.”

While I understand that firms must evaluate cases based on their criteria, the lack of empathy during the conversation was upsetting, especially given the recent and traumatic nature of what I experienced. A more compassionate approach would have gone a long way.
