They took my case with full coverage 6 years ago. No communication since deposition which was 2 years ago. I don't know what case takes that long to resolve. They called on a Friday with very short notice of trial on Monday. They tried to say there are no funds to be recovered after multiple lies like they couldn't get their story straight. Alicia Nichols told me one lie and Ed Dashevsky had a completely different lie. When I called them out on their lies they got extremely rude, unethical, and very unprofessional. This firm is a SCAM!!! Do not let them represent you. They are nothing but common criminals that should be disbarred. Ed then asked me if I have cancer. What personal injury lawyer asks you that. That's very suspicious if you ask me. But what can you expect from a criminal firm.

My first time ever dealing with issues and law , I was raised by tough parents so I have zero knowledge of how things go, but Jeffrey Shorr helped me out a lot gave great advice and just basically kept it 💯 I just hope I wasn’t a pain in the butt LOL as I’m sure dealing with these emotional cases can be difficult. But you have my support and my word that if any of my friends or co workers need help or assistance I will absolutely send them your way sir. As always stay blessed !

I want to be clear and factual about my experience. The front desk representative, Liz, has been professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. She has done everything within her role to assist me, and I appreciate her efforts.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the firm’s leadership and follow-through. My case was taken on last minute, which I appreciated at first. However, if a firm chooses to accept a case especially at the last minute it should be fully handled and completed.

After settling my case, my funds have been held up due to a child support release issue. This has now gone on for over a month. I have personally contacted child support four to five times and obtained the exact information the firm needs to resolve this matter. Despite this, the firm has failed to contact child support directly.

Instead, I was told to provide the information myself. I refuse to do that, because once I retained legal representation, this became the firm’s responsibility not mine.

The owner, Ed, personally gave me his word that this would be taken care of and asked me to remove a previous review. I did so in good faith. After that, only minimal action was taken, creating the appearance of progress, but the core issue was never resolved.

Promises were made and not honored. A client should not have to repeatedly chase their own attorney to complete basic follow-up work especially after a settlement has already been reached.

Liz has done her job. The ongoing problem is the lawyer’s failure to follow through, communicate clearly, and stand on the commitments that were made.
