I had one main concern throughout my bankruptcy process. My vehicle. Long story short Mr. Tejes advised me to purchase a new vehicle, prior to filing the bankruptcy. He walked me through every step of the purchase to make sure the numbers were right in order to NOT discharge the vehicle in my case. Unfortunately when my bankruptcy was processed, he did not make sure that this paperwork was properly filed (which, as far as I’m concerned is what he was paid $3000 for) so my brand new vehicle WAS discharged. To say the least, I was furious! Ford motor credit explained that he could file documents in order to fix this, yet he completely refuses! Why you ask? Because HE likes this position better for me! Forget what I want, he’s happy and completely refuses to make it right. If you want an attorney that cares about what you want the outcome of your case to be, find someone else! He’s only out for himself!
