If I could do a 1 star I would. Jerome is horrible and can’t tell you anything. The trustee Mr. Ivy has all the say so in your case and can just dismiss apparently without your attorney knowing as he says. No notice no nothing but yet my check was still being garnished from my employer. So he said we would close the old one and start a new one but then going into the office as I’m getting ready to file paperwork he tells me that all my payments will start over. Meaning the 2500 dollars you got towards his payment on the last case will not go over to the new case and I would owe him another 5 grand. That part I don’t understand but all the other money towards everything would transfer over. Then when I started asking questions and asking if their was a better way of communication because it’s hard getting ahold of him or the trustee due to my questions he just says nevermind his solution instead of answering the questions is to not start a new case. 👏👏 Highly recommend not working with him. And I was told by my lenders that are on my case that they haven’t been receiving payments .
