If my husband and I could give this law firm negative stars, we would. From start to finish, we experienced poor communication, little support, and were ultimately left dealing with a mess. We felt pressured into accepting a terrible settlement that was not in our best interest. One of the most frustrating parts of this experience was that our attorney often made us feel like we were bothering him whenever we had questions or needed updates on our case. As clients, we expected communication and guidance, but instead we felt like an inconvenience. Escalating our concerns to higher-ups within the firm accomplished nothing. The lack of accountability was incredibly disappointing. Working with our attorney was honestly more stressful than the lawsuit itself. During the initial consultation, they sold us a dream and made promises that gave us hope. Once we signed on, that dream quickly turned into a nightmare. Communication was awful, and we often felt ignored and uninformed throughout the process. Our advice: run as far away from this law firm as possible and look for representation that genuinely values, respects, and advocates for its clients.

Ive had a great experience with them so far. Joni Dickerson was awesome on the phone. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, funny, understanding, and supportive. Before I talked to Joni I was feeling pretty helpless in a bad situation but after speaking with her, I am feeling like I have a great team to support me through all of this. Ask for a refund back on a case they haven’t even started and never got it back….

The bill went up and up and I never got what I wanted.
