I am very pleased with how Mark and his team helped me navigate matters regarding my brother’s estate. Specifically, Patti was there every step of the way and was so knowledgeable about each phase of the probate process. She patiently fielded my numerous (and sometimes repeated) questions and was very prompt in communications, especially as I was trying to coordinate matters while living in another state. Both Mark and Patti are empathetic and understanding, easing the sadness and stress from the abrupt loss of my brother and this set me at ease with all that needed to be done. They are also very straightforward—I knew where I stood and why certain steps needed to be taken. Everyone in the office that I interacted with were courteous and responsive. I was able to resolve everything in the timeframe I had aimed for from the beginning and couldn’t have accomplished this without their expertise.

Mark and his staff are amazing. Always polite and courteous dealing with my dad’s estate. Patti in particular was more than I could have asked for. She was courteous and polite anytime we talked. She is a professional. I was so glad to have her working on my dad’s estate. I couldn’t have done it without her and Mark. I would highly recommend them and would recommend Patti to work with.
