This law office is utterly unprofessional. After my sister was let go, they inexplicably began calling me. I have no idea how they obtained my number. When I called back to inquire about their reason for contacting me, they would answer and immediately hang up. Eventually, I reached someone who was rude, clueless, and repeatedly asked why I was calling and kept saying "um,um" while giggling clearly trying to figure out something to say despite me explaining it was *their* office that had contacted me. She even asked if I was my sister. The entire interaction felt like an attempt to intimidate me and my family. If this is how they treat their employees and family members then God only knows how they really treat their client. Would highly stay clear of this firm.

DEMAND a review of premium and how much you actually owe. If the claim is you only paid 1500 and should have paid 2000, the numbers will reflect that you don't instead owe 500 against the 2000, but instead that suddenly, magically, the bill is 3x for 6000, and you don't just need to pay 500, you now owe 4500! DEMAND A REVIEW OF THESE NUMBERS AND THE 3X BILLING.
