We had to use Jake Edwards for an estate probate because our real estate agent misinformed us in the first place. My experience was terrible. I had to go to their office and sign items over 5 to 6 times. I was also given difference teams members to work with, which made it confusing. I was lied about a Caromont claim. I had to call their office all the time to request updates. When I emailed Mr. Edwards about a timing issue, he emailed me back a long statement that was rather rude and insensitive. My family and I did all the work and he charged us 4K. They also forgot to handle a car title release we had asked about. I would not use or recommend Jake Edwards or his team to handle any law procedures.
