Their email doesn’t work properly. Also they denied my case without asking me for any information. First that asked for more information so I sent a complaint. I asked if they take sexual assault cases in Los Angeles then I sent them my complaint that’s already been filed and without asking any questions they denied me in a way I found disrespectful. Due to the lack of information surrounding my case it doesn’t seem like they even considered it. Not all sexual assault causes get picked up but it seems they prematurely made that decision not based on any merits

To be a good law firm someone should be there to do intake

My experience with the receptionist was the worst experience I've ever had because as successful as Chris Stewart and his colleagues are the receptionist didnt know the law for mentally incapacitated patients when there's fraud which means the statute of limitations is tolled unil the patient becomes stable and the fraud is uncovered because no one could ever know there's fraud that's extremely incapacitated from negligence.

As a result my case was turned down when smaller firms have said the case is winnable but we're too small to accept the case so it's extremely upsetting to be turned away when this is a systematic oppression case.

Problem is the receptionist was rude and wouldn't acknowledge the fact I was incapacitated because she didn't even bothet to look into the law when I told her the law protects me on several levels which is disconcerting considering how much oppression there is in Atlanta to begin with when it comes to mental health patients.

Society already doesn’t acknowledge us or care about us which the receptionist demonstrated today and how the negligence occurred in the first place so be very cautious when hiring this firm because there's a lack of empathy at the front desk. 😭😭😭😭

I had a rear end accident in January in which caused me to have my knee replaced for the second time in 30 days I hire attorney Mike Roth whom work with Carmelita I have work for a couple law firms so right off the back I inform them I don’t want to go to court I want to settle asap for the best offer I had State Farm as well as the other driver so I had fax from all my documentation sent over from all doctors and ee visit as well as physical therapy and yet no movement on my case I called over ans over no one had any urgency even tho I express them my situation so I ask them to terminate my agreement and to send it over to State Farm the State Farm agent even called herself to a verbal agreement of him to terminate so he again made a promise that Carmelita would fax it over that was this morning so I called a few times no answer she sent me to voice mail so now again this form has disappointed me once again when will it end if ur thinking about using Attorney Mike Roth please stay away from him no empathy or urgency to their clients needs unbelievable -N Venable
