Their email doesn’t work properly. Also they denied my case without asking me for any information. First that asked for more information so I sent a complaint. I asked if they take sexual assault cases in Los Angeles then I sent them my complaint that’s already been filed and without asking any questions they denied me in a way I found disrespectful. Due to the lack of information surrounding my case it doesn’t seem like they even considered it. Not all sexual assault causes get picked up but it seems they prematurely made that decision not based on any merits

To be a good law firm someone should be there to do intake

My experience with the receptionist was the worst experience I've ever had because as successful as Chris Stewart and his colleagues are the receptionist didnt know the law for mentally incapacitated patients when there's fraud which means the statute of limitations is tolled unil the patient becomes stable and the fraud is uncovered because no one could ever know there's fraud that's extremely incapacitated from negligence.

As a result my case was turned down when smaller firms have said the case is winnable but we're too small to accept the case so it's extremely upsetting to be turned away when this is a systematic oppression case.

Problem is the receptionist was rude and wouldn't acknowledge the fact I was incapacitated because she didn't even bothet to look into the law when I told her the law protects me on several levels which is disconcerting considering how much oppression there is in Atlanta to begin with when it comes to mental health patients.

Society already doesn’t acknowledge us or care about us which the receptionist demonstrated today and how the negligence occurred in the first place so be very cautious when hiring this firm because there's a lack of empathy at the front desk. 😭😭😭😭
