A friend referred me to this office in Topeka. (My atty had retired in Lawrence). I met with Scott T - something. He wrote a will & trust for a pretty price - but since friend said he was good I went with it. After several life changes (job change, relocation & loss of family member) After 6 years emailed to update i for. No response was received finally after MANY calls and 1.5 years later got ahold of his assistant! Oh that was a joy - NOT! She said that they don't update i would have to have new docs and price has gone up. She was so incredibly RUDE! So wish my attention was still in the office. I got all the docs from where they were being held at the bank they didn't even have anything on file??? I will chalk that up to a lesson and remember what my Dad would say about 'most attorneys' . I know there are good ones but none to be found at this firm ANY

Is very unprofessional for one Scott lied over the pettiest thing you could possibly lie about so from that i will never trust someone especially coming from a attorney. And he does not know how to answer questions. I hope people learn how scandalous this law firm is. And they like to drag their feet so they get more money which isn't professional. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This practice is fair, and completely open on what is best route. Could have charged us more, but recommended an alternative plan that turned out to be spot on. Superb legal service.
