So when I was sure Jesse had disconnected I quickly said: You might as well start drinking that scotch, because I heard Everything you two said and I will be filing reports with the Maine Bar Association. So S.S.T.L had a different attorney call me and try and get me to sign a paper saying that I wouldn’t sue Walter or the Firm which I refused to do and therefore they waited until after my stepdad grew a pair and finally called to threaten me so I did what the law called 911 and was recommended to file a PFA against him which I did after notifying the new attorney from S.S.T.L’s that I had talked with but never heard back from after refusing to sign the paper saying that I wouldn’t sue the Firm and Walter Foster for malpractice and slander that could have caused the case to be lost.
Their firm has since filed a motion to withdraw as my counsel which I responded to in writing on June 9th, 2026, the day of the PFA hearing because I didn’t want Walter to be able to destroy Any of the records they had but they did anyway because I just got notified by mail that the judge said I didn’t turn the documents in, in writing, within the 20 day deadline, which I did turn a 5 page handwritten statement on June 9th but for some reason it never got to the judge and she awarded the withdrawal of counsel request. Now there’s no record of Walter ever working for Steve Smith’s Law firm except for the emails that I saved from the emails that I saved with his full name and email address! The MBA couldn’t even find it!
