FOR ACCIDENT CLAIMS : if you are interested in filing a case with Sterbick know the wild ride you’re in for! We spoke with Sterbick once. He was knowledgeable , personable and told us the process and what to expect. We loved him and what he stood for and we decided to pick this business. It’s now been over 3 years and I’m not any closer to closing my case than I was opening it and I haven’t spoke to Mr. Sterbick at all since even when I have requested to meet with him as I’ve been having ongoing issues with my case. The paralegal went an entire year without a follow up which in the time my case was not worked on at all. It takes a minimum of 16 phone calls, 8 messages left, 14 emails over the course of a few months to even try to communicate with the office and you will still not be contacted or provided any updates to your case. Since June 16th, I’ve sent my paralegal 8 different emails ( this was after my other emails I sent over 6 months were disregarded and ignored) and I still haven’t received any communication attempts by this office or my paralegal. This process has been so stressful, mentally taxing and extremely extremely unprofessional. We are so disappointed and can’t wait for this process to be over. ( Still ongoing with no end in site as we can not contact anyone in the office that can provide any new information).
