I am not sure why there are a lot of negative reviews. The lady I talked to was 100% nice and worked with me on getting payments I was comfortable with set up.

I have to agree with the negative reviews. They agreed on a certain amount of something I should not have had to pay anyway and came back to collect more. They couldn’t wait to get paid as I agreed and contacted a previous employer(not accurate on research either). Very inconsiderate, unprofessional, and heartless individuals. Coming from a very successful career in collections, this is not the way things should be handled. Life happens, unexpected situations can happen, and they have zero patience with that. Their jobs would be more successful if they actually cared about their clients. Best of luck!
