I worked with them on an immigration case for my wife. the service has been subpar and they had made mistakes on the paper work. we had meetings but the problem was an oversight in documentation during interview process. I do not recommend this firm for asians coming in. I do not feel like I got a quality service for what I and my wife paid: 5k.

I reached out to Solow, Hartnett & Galvan Immigration Lawyers last week by email and took the time to write a detailed message explaining the type of immigration matter I was seeking representation for. After seeing so many positive reviews online, I was genuinely looking forward to the possibility of working with a highly rated firm. Unfortunately, I never received a response to my email. I followed up by phone on Monday and spoke with a gentleman who took my information again and told me someone would call me back. As of today, I still have not received a return call or email. For me, communication is extremely important, especially when choosing an immigration attorney for a matter that can involve significant time, money, and life-changing decisions. If I have to repeatedly chase a law office just to find out whether they are interested in taking my case, it raises concerns about what communication might look like once I become a paying client. To be fair, I have not retained this firm, visited their office, or had them handle an actual case, so I do not think a one-star review would accurately reflect their legal services. My review is strictly based on my experience with their responsiveness and communication during the initial inquiry process. Based on that experience alone, I would not recommend them at this time. Hopefully this is an isolated situation, but first impressions matter, and unfortunately mine has not been a positive one.
