Perhaps if we had worked with a different associate it may have been a better experience. Never once had I spoken with or met either of the partners but rather dealt with one associate who made numerous mistakes and continuously left me off emails even though I was co-owner of the property. It wasn't until I sent an email including one of the partners that this was rectified but this went on for over a year. My mother was gravely ill and that was the only reason I acquiesced to using a law firm instead of handling this issue myself, in the past I handled a similar situation and recovered the full amount due. We did not in this case but instead were held up by multiple errors on the part of the associate. As a kindness I will not include further details but wish them the best with all their other endeavors.
