Going through my divorce was one of the hardest and most emotional experiences of my entire life, but having Jacob Snuffer by my side made all the difference. From the very beginning, Jacob was patient, understanding, kind, and genuinely supportive through every step of the process. My divorce involved extremely difficult circumstances surrounding substance abuse, custody, and my children, and Jacob never once made me feel judged for the emotions or decisions I struggled with along the way. He truly listened to me. He saw my heart as a mother, my love for my children, and how deeply I cared about making the right decisions for my family. Because of that, he fought for me wholeheartedly while still respecting every decision I made even when I changed my mind on parts of the agreement. No matter what, he supported me with professionalism and compassion. One thing that stood out to me most was Jacob’s character inside and outside the courtroom. He always remained calm, respectful, professional, and composed. He never raised his voice, never acted hateful, and never tried to intimidate anyone. While emotions were running high, Jacob stayed focused, level-headed, and respectful toward the court at all times. That meant more to me than words can explain. Even outside normal business hours, if I had a question on a Saturday or Sunday, Jacob would respond quickly and help ease my anxiety. His office staff was also wonderful and always very helpful with emails, documents, and communication throughout the process. I had gone through a custody situation years ago with a different attorney, and the experience was nowhere near what I received with Jacob.
