If you get divorced in Nicholas County, do NOT use Ms. Hinkle. It is as if the judge heard nothing she said, divorce went completely in the favor of the ex. Run from this lady.. she didn’t make a formal motion for an appraisal, none was done and the judge used an outdated appraisal from 12 years ago. She did not fight at all. Still paying her exorbitant bill. When the judges decision came in she simply said” could have been better, could have been worse “. Do NOT use her for your divorce.

In response, it is Chris Neff. This divorce lasted 10 months. You were out of your depth. You didn't even know the law in several areas pertaining to how assets during the marriage were to be handled.
The whole divorce was completely in my Ex's favor. Honestly, there is nothing you did for me in this case but cost me more money. You are NOT aggressive enough to be a divorce lawyer. Who knows, maybe you have gotten better, for your client's sake, I sure hope so. There were several egregious errors made on your part once I consulted another attorney I learned. Sadly, I found this information too late.
I sincerely hope this helps someone out there to avoid the same mistake I made in hiring this lady.
