Property owners beware of a law firm that represents both landlords and tenants. It's a big conflict of interest! I realized that SNS Law Group takes both cases from property owners like evictions, but also does tenant habitability cases as well. If I had known this, I would have never hired them. I fired them after finding this out. This is something that they should disclose and a unscrupulous practice for representing both landlords and tenants. They were inexperienced and inept in handling my case in addition to their conflict of interest. Do not use them if you are a property owner.

Be careful with contacting this firm. Not only will they say they can't help you, but your email will be in their system and you will get spammed daily, if not weekly with emails regarding landlords, not how to help tenants, just landlord rights. Be careful!!
