I tried working with them. They wanted me to get some docs filled out by my doctor and psychiatrist. I tried going to my doctor but bcuz he works with mostly people with Medi-acal, I was told her can't fill out this paperwork and they suggested I go back to my potential lawyer, Smolich and Smolich, and ask them for any suggestions so thet I can get my paperwork done. However, just because I filled out the paperwork still doesn't guarantee they were going to help me. The paperwork is for them to review if they would even bother taking my case. So I emailed them saying my doctor doesn't do that kind of paperwork and I asked for possible suggestions and all they said is, ifI can't get the paperwork filled out by my doctor, then they can't help me. Seriously? You can't even help me find a better way to get this paperwork for you? Y'all just don't care about people who can't work. It's only about the money for you. I absolutely don't recommend this law firm. It's just a waste of your time.

The attorneys were kind and professional. I had gone to several attorneys with my workers comp case. None were as knowledgeable as smolich and smolich. They kept me informed about my case and how it was progressing. Everyone in the office was amazing. I will of course only work with these folks next time I need a larger. They care and they really do have a super team..
