My husband and I decided that it was time for us to plan for the WHAT IFs of life - estate planning, health care directive, trust etc! Klosek has been a dream. I never felt silly or stupid for asking ALLLL the questions that I had. They were patient, even with my random emails, again, with asking MORE questions. Once we had all of our paperwork filled out and submitted, they scheduled a mobile notary to come to our home (she was very sweet and efficient) for us to sign.
