Made all these promises upfront and once we signed they are nowhere to be found. No call, no follow up and does not return calls. Promised a rental by Friday and not even a phone call.

I am not impressed by the level of communication and understanding between the clients and representatives. I have not had a good experience with this law firm. The communication takes a LONG time just to receive any updates I’ve been the one reaching out. I felt like the person handling my case was dragging her feet, extremely forgetting and kept no running record of communication. I always had a hard time with getting in contact with the attorney himself! In addition to this I was recommended for injections, let the rep know I’m not good with needles. She then stated she would find me laser therapy. Ended up sending me to a place that didn’t even offer it. Three weeks went by and no update, alternative or anything. Just overall frustrating and as a client it really makes you want to go elsewhere because clearly they only take cases seriously that involve injections or higher case. I do not recommend.
