I shared the snapshot of my case with Mr. Simien on Sunday. Monday was a holyday, but he managed to meet me in his respected office! I went to his office & gave him my documents; he swiftly reviewed it for about 30min. He said, "I'll be out of town tomorrow, but I'll be able to review it thoroughly and will get back to you. In the meantime, send me the additional documents you've." When I get home, I emailed him the rest of the documents. He reviewed it and understood the business matter; he didn't waste no time to contact the other party. As soon as the other party got a call from Mr. Simien, they decided to settle and pay or wired me the appropriate amount!! It doesn't get better than this!
