I went into this experience with very high expectations and genuinely believed I was placing my case in the hands of a firm that would provide strong, attentive, and dedicated representation. Unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed. My god! While I understand that no attorney can guarantee a particular outcome, I expected consistent communication, preparation, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to my case.. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. I paid a significant amount for legal representation, but I did not feel that I received the level of service, effort, or support that I expected for what I paid.
