We had a consult with Jason Silver and Brian Plaut to discuss my partner's significant business tax debt, his missing tax returns, and the IRS's garnishment of his paycheck. We found out that the IRS garnishes nearly your FULL paycheck. This kind of reduction of income would have caused me to lose my house.
