I never received my paperwork stating what I owed. I call housing office they said to email them and they will send it out. They never did. So now my 700 credit score dropped to 600. I know California state law says that a tenant must receive a bill own within 21 days. It is now going over 1 year and 1/2 still no itemized bill.

I spoke to Jessica and apparently someone who was a supervisor about a collection debt that I acquired. I was never notified that I owed any money and they even admitted to me over the phone that the notices were not even sent to my address. They were still not willing to help at all and both had the same exact attitude, not understanding. They’re unprofessional and short. So terrible.

My husband had an unlawful detainer filed against him in 2010. He passed away in 2020 and this so called law firm is pursuing me 15 years after the judgement and 5 years after his passing, As I understand it they had to petition for a. one time extension prior to the end of the original 10 year window AND MOST IMPORTANTLY notify him of their intention. As he passed away and they never attempted to notify either of us they have no legal standing to come after me at all. Just attempting to scare me but just really sleazy way to do business

This law firm initiates FAKE lawsuits to scare tenants out of their homes. I received an unlawful detainer notice on my front door that was addressed to the wrong unit number and the wrong name. I don’t even know who the person is! It was unbelievably embarrassing and they are so rude over the phone it’s ridiculous. These are not lawyers they’re bounty hunters who know how to create convincing litigation documents. All of you need to be disbarred.
