I reached out to Shaffer and Shaffer Law Firm in Charleston WV upon recommendation from my brother as they had helped him on a disability case as well. Upon my initial contact I spoke with Mr. Cicconi who was very attentive to my medical history and diagnosis. He agreed to take my case and file an appeal with the SSA as I had been denied from my previous filing. At this time I felt like a huge burden had been lifted off me…and it was. Mr. Cicconi handled everything with SSA and I did not have to do any other paperwork, forms, e-mails, etc. after that. He kept me well informed with the process from the time the appeal was filed up until it went before the Administrative Law Judge.
