This place is a Joke don’t waste your time with them my paperwork came up missing the whole time, they kept asking for documents I already gave them. dealt with them for over a year and never actually talked to a lawyer. The secretaries of the assistance are so disorganized.

I was absued here in my own county and State a woman by the WV State Police. He turned his camera off and they are refusing to give me all camera evidence through FOIA. They terrorized me all night and falsely arrested me after I was a victim of a drunk Avenger biker who had Methamphetamine a gun no insurance and no helmet after leaving a bar. Threw me in jail on a false DUI with bodily harm a second regular DUI and a false no insurance charge when i had 2 policies covering me. He proceeded to break federal ADA MOUD Civil rights law arresting me on my legally prescribed suboxone and program that I've been in over 13 years clean and sober. Then the Kanwaha County courts broke the law by putting a false bond on me as I was sober and rearended and even tried to sneak and have my preliminary in secret without notifying me and take my elderly Christian Fathers house. I send her a video and all evidence that we fought for on our own. Putting the guy on the ramp behind me you clearly do see when he hits me as his lights spin out and you see me braking very clearly. Every lawyer here I have contacted the paralegals don't even let me speak to the lawyers. Robert Johnson even folded the bikers vest up and put it in teh car with me and drove me around in the pitch black dark down the backstreets of Charleston. I can't even describe the terror I felt alone in the back of that car that night. So Brandon Morgan also maliciously tried to withhold all evidence from me and held false charges and a bond on me for over a year. They never even give my criminal lawyer a shred. I had to back door it all. It's full on discrimination what I've been through even getting a lawyer here. They say oh he didn't beat or kill you. No he only tried to throw me in prison falsely for 10 years turned his cameras off and terrorized myself and my family for over a year. A beating wouldve been fast and better than what I've been through they also illegally towed my fathers truck. It's disgusting behavior on the part of everyone in Kanawha County. I almost ended up in those cells women were raped in in the back of the court! You're all despicable for not representing a woman and covering for these corrupt Troopers and Kanwaha County courts.
