If I could give them a 0 I would. Recently purchased a first home where the sellers used this group as their lawyers. Throughout the closing process they were very difficult to get a hold of, were not keeping the sellers updated at all as the sellers were asking me for information regarding closing since their lawyers did not communicate anything with them. They also did not get their paperwork done in time which all in all ended up with the closing date being pushed, not by much but it's the principle, do your job... Fast forward a month later and all the sudden the water gets shut off to the new house with no explanation or notification. After speaking with the village they made us aware that they have been trying to contact this group with no response because these lawyers never finished their paperwork or sent over the required documents to the village. Since this was never forwarded we are stuck without water and had to pay the delinquency to the town on the lawyers negligence. I don't know the specific people on this case but our experience has been very unprofessional and seems they are not very organized or reliable. I would not suggest this group if you are selling/buying a home.

Can you please shut off the Christmas tree lights in your steeple, it's very annoying in the evening when I'm watching tv.
