Was with my daughter listening her call with this las firm and I just have to say WHAT A DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE IN THAT OFFICE. Giving you 1 star because Google doesn’t let me give 0

Replying to what you just said: First of all, your person was not polite AT ALL. Second of all, my daughter was trying to ask for something before explaining the case because she wanted to know how you work and your person kept interrupting and being arrogant. Obviously there was insufficient information because my daughter told her that she was not explaining the case and she wanted to know your way of working. You are all a brand… and as a customer service worker, I can tell you that that call was enough to “judge” because if that’s the face of your brand, how could I keep moving forward if she was just being rude? How is that polite?
