You win some, you lose some. The fact that my case didn't go in my favor and Im still writing this review should speak volumes. Sometimes you have the very best lawyer and he plays the very best game, but the justice system is unfair and the cards are stacked. Attorney Schenk worked diligently to the best of his ability. He is witty, creative, and smart on trial. He took the time to really know me, and he cared deeply about winning my case. He gets paid win or lose, but I could still see how much my family and my case meant to him. Half a day after losing my motion and he had already worked up a strategy to file and win the next motion. You get out of your case what you put in. Respect and communication, please and thank you go a long way in this law office. I would recommend Schenk law to anyone who is willing to take responsibility and accountability in thier own case and work with Aaron, Maureen and Angie as a team. They will give you everything they've got and become like family to you.

Do not trust this lawyer, he is nothing but fraud. He will take your money and not do anything for your case. If I could give him zero Stars I would.

Warning; do not use this law firm! Worst experience ever! I was lied to, and feel like I was robbed of $1000.00 bucks... The things I was told he would do (or handle) he did not do... Example; I was told I didn't have to appear in court that he would handle everything, he was going to have a zoom call with the prosecutor, never happened, in fact, weeks later I received a letter from the prosecutor stating that no one appeared for a scheduled pre-trial hearing on my behalf... My attorney assured me that I didn't have to do anything, he was talking care of everything.. I had a deadline for an administrative hearing for my driver's license. I was told he would take care of it.. again, no show on his part and I lose my license.. when he was hired I had to give him a thousand dollars of a five thousand dollar fee and we worked out subsequent payments... He was non-communicative of promised communication.. since I have requested my money back because lack of no shows and communication on his part left the judge to rule a judgement against me and the case was closed. I received a letter from attorney Schenk stating that my case was closed and all the money I had given him was considered earned... I wrote him a letter (not a nice one) requesting my money back and an explanation.. so far I have received nothing back. Posting this so anyone needing legal help does not make the same mistake with this rip off of a law firm.. good luck to everyone in pursuing justice... Thank you..
