On one side, they did a good job gathering documentation, following through, and were reasonably priced. On the other hand, I feel that due diligence was underwhelming such as their ability to discuss relevant findings and how different scenarios might play out. Overall, they were very dismissive of my concerns and weren't eager to dive deeper into discussions. This was my first real estate transaction in NYC, but I would go with a different lawyer for a future transaction (especially if there's the expectation that there will be reasonable complexity that needs to be carefully worked out).
