There aren't enough positive words to describe our experience with the San Diego Elder Law Center! From the attorneys to the paralegals- everyone has been amazing to work with for years now. This company truly came through for us when we were hitting brick wall after brick wall with every other option we pursued in securing eligible care for a family member. We definitely plan to continue working with this center moving forward. I honestly can't thank you all enough! You made a huge difference in the lives of our family members.

Twice I have gone to these people who I won’t name specifically. Try to find an away to keep my daughters ssi disability. Already having a capable account I knew we could put my wife’s inheritance in there. We wanted to open a special needs trust and were told there was no way to do it. Here is my gripe months later and after the cutoff. I just found out that Roth IRA’s are exempt from ssi and medi-cal asset limits. I really liked the open talked to and normally I would leave 1 star for failing to mention something like this. But they were polite and kind. Just as an example we could have already had 16k each sitting in retirement accounts, and with contributions to my daughters. Calable account it would have covered all but 8000 dollars we lost her ssi over. Not to mention too. We were originally trying to spend it down. On top of the $100 a month I’ve been paying back ssi for two Month of overpayments because of the inheritance, we’ve lost a total of 9900 dollars of income this year from no ssi and paying back. And of course the thousand dollars I am out for the consultations. I thought about asking for my money back. Anyways it’s hard to find help you’re almost better off researching yourself. I don’t like leaving this review. It sickens me. I don’t like messing with someone’s work. But I feel pretty strongly about this. And I still didn’t leave one star.

The best firm ever! So helpful and excellent service. Approachable and transparent, they always have your back and know when to step in to help in such a professional way. Their correspondence is remarkable. The whole team at San Diego Elder Law Center is the best I have ever experienced.

Very pleasant working with attorney Scott Templeton, and Shari Watson, administrative assistant. Scott answered all of my questions and brought up several issues I had not thought of that needed to be addressed. He is very thorough . Shari was very efficient and kind.

Don't use them. Pretty much stole 2.3k of my dads (well grandfathers) money by getting a retainer, overbilling, doing work that wasn't asked to be done, then nonstop calling and emailing me trying to get me to get my dad to sign paperwork when I'm not even involved in this process.
