My nephew has been in jail since July of 25 and she still has not seen him. He is in there for something he did not do and they know this. She is very bad at communicating with her clients. Saying she is going to see him to discuss his case and then flat out not go is bad legal representation. I'm praying and trying to keep faith in the legal system but with a public defense as such is a very hard test for all of our faith.

I was so disrespected by the secretary I refuse to have these people on my son’s case. My son has been in jail 6 months and the secretary just said that’s where he needs to be ! I’m contacting the court and demanding this lawfirm be removed from his case. I’ve heard horrible stories about this firm and as of today I no longer want them around or involved in my son’s case. I will be at Lake County first thing in the morning to make sure to let them know he does not have proper legal representation and I will bring in the recorded conversation I had with the secretary. She literally put the phone down as I was speaking about my son’s case. Then she had the audacity to say my son needs to be to be in jail because he has six charges. How dare her, are you working for him or against him! 6 months on a $9000 bond and we have repeatedly asked this law firm to request for him a bond reduction and they refuse to do so and now I know why. They Want him there. The judge even told them last court date to head in a different direction & they have not done anything at all to help him. Nothing! Still same story at every hearing after they were told to change direction! The judge even said why is he still here on a $9000 bond on a level 6 felony after 6 months. They are actually now delaying his process. She does not care about the client or their wishes, and the secretary is horrible and needs to be fired immediately! She was talking over me, disrespectful, cutting me off as I’m speaking, and then hung up on me! Ok That Did It! The Judge and Court system will be notified!

My son has never had not one bond reduction hearing and they refuse to ask for one! They keep saying he had one may 9th bt he went to jail May 1st. He had a no bond! The 9th was the day they gave him a bond! He’s never had a bond reduction court date ever!! I am appalled by the lack of support and professionalism. We are tired of asking you to ask the judge.
