				I am very grateful for all the guidance I was given as I was preparing my documents. Mr. Zatkowski reassured me that I do not need a will. He helped me prepare my power of attorney document and health care proxy. He helped me get my assets in order as transfer on death documents. He is very knowledgeable and approachable. His knowledge is very current as laws do change. I met him through a program at Lifespan and I encourage others to attend one of his programs at Lifespan. You will get to see how comfortable you can be with him as your lawyer. I am very grateful to Mr. Zatkowski.

				I cannot speak highly enough of the assistance I received from Miles Zatkowsky. He responded timely after I reached out -through Claire,  his Assistant, who was professional and responsive. Miles was very thorough and knowledgeable during the consultation, demonstrating extensive legal knowledge about my situation- quickly grasping the issues & providing legal and practical guidance. 				I met Miles Zatkowsky, Esq. through a presentation at Lifespan and contacted him to do a Will, Power of Attorney and Healthy Proxy. He took the time to explain all the legal terms and collected detail from me for the documents. They are now finalized. Even though I don't have a lot of money, there may be some left when I die; plus their will be the contents of my apartment. The Will now spells out how all of that is to be dispersed in a simple way. It took me forever to create these documents, at 82 ya it was about time. A big thank you to The Rochester Elder Law group.
