				Yolanda Rios is not a good attorney, stall cases so you can lose after you have paid, bias and not responsive. I would go elsewhere. She needs to be reported. I know for a fact attorney stall cases and withhold info.

				If I could give Ms. Yolanda Rios 10 stars I would. I came to Rochester Elder Law after my dad passed away and my mom had a terrible accident. I realized how important it is to have things figured out and taken care of for loved ones. Yolanda was not just knowledgeable and skilled, she was patient and kind, taking the time to ask questions to understand my situation and ensuring that I understood all of the information they shared and answered all of my questions. I felt cared for and seen as a person. Natasha and Yolanda supported me and my family throughout the process and went above and beyond to help us. I cannot say how much better I feel knowing that things are in order in the way that works best for me and my situation. 				I am very grateful for all the guidance I was given as I was preparing my documents. Mr. Zatkowski reassured me that I do not need a will. He helped me prepare my power of attorney document and health care proxy. He helped me get my assets in order as transfer on death documents. He is very knowledgeable and approachable. His knowledge is very current as laws do change. I met him through a program at Lifespan and I encourage others to attend one of his programs at Lifespan. You will get to see how comfortable you can be with him as your lawyer. I am very grateful to Mr. Zatkowski.
